PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND PROVIDE BACK TO US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. THIS WILL ASSIST US IN PROVIDING YOU WITH A TIMLEY AND ACCURATE INSTALLATION

9. Verify the following measurements with Flaps extended to 5 degrees; measure the distance between the lower mid flap skin aft edge to the leading edge of the aft flap. Verify dimensions on both the I/B and O/B ends and provide details below:

A. AFM Title page through end of Section 1.

14. Please provide digital photographs of the following panels:
A. Cockpit front P1 panel; captains main panel to clearly show the MASI.
B. Cockpit front panel, P2 to clearly show the flap position indicator and surrounding area
C. Cockpit overhead P5 aft panel to clearly show the flap/slat annunciators and override area.
D. Flap lever quadrant to clearly show the flap settings and detents
E. Electronics bay rack E3, and E3-2 shelf (starboard rack), E1 and E1-3 Rack.
F. Flap drive unit located in the right hand wheel well, upper right hand side.
G. Hydraulic lines and fittings running from the flap control unit inboard to the mid section of the aircraft wheel well, include an overall photo taken from the L/H W/well to show the L/gear viewing window over to the FCU.
15. Please provide current Aircraft principle weights:

NOTE: The MASI’s, overspeed switch and flap position indicator need to be sent to QWS to be modified as part of the performance kit. During the modification it may be necessary to perform additional maintenance or incorporate manufacturers service bulletins to bring the indicators up to the correct revision level and to maintain airworthiness. The cost for general maintenance and incorporation of service bulletins is the responsibility of the customer.
