Quiet Wing EmployeesAccepted into the PhD program for aerodynamics at the University of Dayton, Phil became part of the aerodynamics team at Boeing designing the B727, B737, B747 and SST wing and fuselage. In 1992 Phil applied his talents to the design, certification and manufacture of the first winglets used on a transport category aircraft, the B727. Phil became one of the founders of Quiet Wing in 1996 and was instrumental in the design and certification of Stage III hush kits that also had the unique capability of increasing aircraft performance. In his current position Phil leads the advanced development team in new product design and certification.

Quiet Wing EmployeesWith advanced technical and management degrees from both Indian and US Universities, Om has led engineering teams involved in flight controls; aircraft fuel systems, instrumentation, cockpit displays and avionics. He currently leads our engineering team in new design, certification, and manufacturing. He is also instrumental in providing engineering resources for product support and modifications required as the airworthiness standards evolve.

Quiet Wing EmployeesPeter has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry bringing an in-depth knowledge of the industry and its suppliers that has lead to the capture of major military and commercial programs worldwide. Having held management and leadership positions with major aerospace companies, his experience includes: avionics and displays, aircraft instrumentation and control systems, Environmental Control Systems, Cabin Interiors, the Space Shuttle, and various defense projects. Since joining Quiet Wing, Peter led the effort from design and certification, to installation of Security Cockpit doors, as well as auxiliary fuel tank retrofits. Peter provides the direct customer interface and as a current Chief Pilot for a Part 135 charter company and active flight instructor, Peter brings operational expertise to our team.

Quality Assurance Manager
Quiet Wing EmployeesJoe has been involved in the aerospace industry for over 20 years and has held positions at manufacturers, part 145 certified repair stations and with Boeing. As head of the Quality department he oversees all aspects of our product design, certification, installation and flow down of our strict quality standards to all of our suppliers. He is an FAA certified DMIR and coordinates compliance with the FAA and all documentation requirements.
